The Design Center Linz is a modern, multifunctional event hall with a glass roof that causes daylight atmosphere. Its variety is significant for the event center: it hosts congresses, public trade fairs, galas, concerts, lectures, events and meetings (from 120 participants on). Definitely, for some events the Design Center played a significant role for the materialization and the planning.
The Bergschlößl at Froschberg is a location for special requirements. The capacity is for 2 to 250 guests. Situated in the middle of a park, the renovated baroque castle combinates modern comfort and history and has a unique charmingness.
It is the perfect surrounding for meetings, conferences, small congresses, cocktail receptions, galas, private celebrations and presentations. We offer your marriage ceremony outside in the park with 30.000 sqm, where many summer events take place as well.
Multimedia solutions in event technics
World-class standard in event technics - this vision has become true in the Design Center. Staged scene areas - the well known screen management - for example high definition projection with high solution (1920 x 1080 picture spots for the projection), 16:9 panorama projections, the well known insert projections supported by plasma technology can also be handled in high-end quality by the Design Center.
Locationmanagement
The Design Center Linz has its main focus not only on rental but consulting and service. Locationmanagement means that other locations of Linz can be offered for side events. The customer has one contact person and receives an overall-offer. This will be a precious contribution to Linz, the European Cultural Capital 2009.

The Congress- and Businesspackages are compact overall-offers. The initiator profits by faclitated planning, 100% cost transparency for the beginning on, professional congress technics and the locationmanagment of the experienced and cutomer-orientated Design Center team.
Agency fee
Agencies benfit from bookings at the Design Center Linz, these are remunerated with
5% agency fee on the room rental.
