Park
The Bergschlößl is located in a green oasis - in the middle of Schlößlpark, far away from the hustle and bustle in the inner city.

This magnificent Baroque building was built in 1718 and has remarkable history. After the revitalisation, the Bergschlößl has become a unique jewel again. Still, there is the original character that has been combined with modern style. The well-known ambience of this event location is unique.

The Park:

The Bergschlößlpark was founded in the 18th century for the purpose of a botanical course, of the Northern Collgiates (toady called Aloisianum) supervised by Ignaz Schiffermüller. This park was one of the first "economic-botanical" gardens of Upper Austria. Economic considerations played an important role for the design of the park.
